After years guiding sessions, facilitating group containers, and coaching individuals and couples, we have found that integrity is everything.
The work we do is deep and transformational. It requires commitment and integration.
We developed the membership program because we noticed the individuals and couples that were experiencing the most impactful, lasting breakthroughs were the ones that worked with us consistently. We saw that when people only booked breathwork sessions and coaching calls when they were in a state of crisis - we were simply ‘putting out fires’, rather than affecting sustainable change or meaningful growth. Over time, supporting in this way no longer felt aligned with our values.
We are devoted to the process of your evolution, and to help you cultivate your own seeds of light. We believe that it is every human’s birthright to THRIVE in their relationships and truly LOVE the life that they are living, and we are confident this is accessible to all who are willing to commit to themselves. We know that a lot can arise following a coaching call or breathwork journey, so part of our commitment is to make ourselves accessible between sessions through the duration of your membership.
What We Offer
The Seeds of Light Membership Program has three different tiers - all requiring a 3 to 6 month commitment.
Tiers I and II are created for individuals, while Tier III is for couples. The Individual Memberships (Tiers I and II) allow you to choose whether you want to use your sessions for private coaching calls or breathwork journeys. Our membership for couples is more structured, as you will be working with both Katie and Chase on all calls. We offer a unique dynamic that honors the entire nervous system (mind and body), and allows you to be held by both masculine and feminine guides.
As part of our commitment to integration, deepening connection, and consistency, all memberships include direct access to Katie and Chase between session through private voice messaging, with dedicated response windows of 48 hours.

Membership Fee: $225/month
6 recurring monthly payments
Initial Intake Assessment for New Clients
One 60-minute coaching session with Katie OR one 90-minute breathwork journey with Chase each month
Unlimited voice note exchanges with both Katie and Chase
20% off In-Person Events & Ceremonies, including Lomilomi
50% off all remote workshops
$175 for any additional sessions booked outside of the monthly package
Tier II
Membership Fee: $350/month
3 recurring monthly payments

Two 60-minute coaching sessions with Katie OR two 90-minute breathwork journeys with Chase OR one of each
